Polarity practitioner, trainer and innovator, qualified on Philip Young’s first training in the UK, certified in May 1987. Post Graduate training in Polarity Teaching with Alan Siegal and Philip Young, certified in August 1989. Also graduated as a Humanistic Psychologist at the University of Surrey, UK. CPD and Supervision for Counsellors.

Currently exploring applications of Polarity for stress-free conscious living – Designer Software for the Evolutionary Mind.

Based on the Polarity principles such as the union of opposites, is developing Keyala Yoga and embodiment, for more precision in our choices, and the treasure in self inquiry, exploring the shadow and integrating the conscious and unconscious mind.
